Problem with Software Updater.

Last monday i was using the updater and worked fine, i re-started the macbook and tried to use it again and now i get this message, i have no idea what to do and im considering re-instaling my snow leopard...what should i do?

I'd try reinstalling any of the most current updates that were done manually. Here is the most recent one for 10.6, if thats what you are running?
