Safari keeps announcing completed app-download

after installing Tiger, safari keeps prompting me whenever i'm about to complete an application-download. it asks me if i really want to complete the download. it kind of annoys me - is there any way to have this message turred off??

i guess it wont turn up if i un-tick the 'open secure files after download' in the safari prefs, but i'm quite sure i had this one ticked in Panther aswell, and i've never seen this message before. aslo i like it when .dmg's mounts automaticly after downloading..
