seeking inexpensive flatbed scanner for Snow Leopard

I have an old Epson Stylus CX5400 all-in-one which works fine for my organization's occasional scanning needs (that's all we use it for). However, it's big and bulky and I'd rather replace it with something small that's more convenient to store and transport. I could probably get $50 for it on eBay.

What replacement do you recommend? I've checked out Epson's v30 and v300 and Canon's LiDE 100 so far. Tiger, Leopard, and Snow Leopard compatibility would be best, though only the latter two are essential. I'd like not to spend more than $80.

I'm a big fan of the Canon LiDE series. I used a 60 to scan hundreds of old photos and got really good results. Space-wise, it comes with a little "bracket" that will allow you to store it on its long edge, thereby freeing up lots of desk real estate.
