Stealth mode connection attempt

Hi, I am getting some console messages like this:

12/29/10 4:55:59 PM Firewall[67] Stealth Mode connection attempt to TCP 192.168.2.100:56549 from 8.12.203.126:80

(and some are from the 192.168 range so I assume those are within the network)

I looked up the ip and it appears to be from something called "Level 3 Media"

Are these messages normal? I know I have my firewall on and stealth mode enabled.

Also, I looked some of the ips up on project honey pot and a few of them come up as mail server attacks based in india.
