tomcat on panther?

Just wondering if Panther 10.3.6 comes with Apache Tomcat?

If no, then are there installation instructions??

It's not installed by default, but comes on the Developer Tools CDs I believe:

Actually, I believe the INSTALLER for the Developer tools is already somewhere in the Applications folder....

/Applications/Installers/Developer Tools

I just installed it like normal. As I recall, it was pretty easy.
