updated to 10.2.4, now i cant get an ip

osx doesnt seem to play well with DHCP servers anymore now...

i get an error message popping up that says 10.0.12.x in use by (insert MAC address) dhcp at 10.0.12.1

if i close the window it will pop up again in thirty seconds or a minute with the ip advanced one up...

has anyone experienced anything like this? i think it might be my shady landlord provided dsl not playing well with others, but it works with my pc and had worked with my mac up until 10.2.4

any ideas please help

well sh*t, photoshop doesnt seem to be working at all now either.

Check your firewall settings? su or sudo and run tcpdump -q to see what's getting sent and recieved.
