Viewing Address Book pictures as caller ID pics on Sony Ericsson T616

I've heard that this can be done on some phones...I'm looking for a new phone, and I want to make sure that you're able to do this (when someone calls you, instead of seeing their # on the phone, you see the picture of them saved in your address book) with the Sony Ericsson T616.

I've got a T610 (I understand the T616 is exactly the same, but is for the States only, and isn't a "world phone")

The T610 certainly works in the way you describe...

It does??? I can see the pic of the ppl calling me if I saved them?
If so, how does it work?

all you have to do is take a photo of the contact - using your t610 / t616

then go to "pictures and sounds" - click on photo you want to use - select "more" and then "add to contact"...

it doesn't sync with photos within apple's address book (that i've found, anyway!), but it does work with the address book within the phone...

hope i didn't confuse the issue there?!
