Web/Network traffic is slow on my Mac all of a sudden...

This thing is getting slower, and slower meanwhile my Windows machines are still the same whilst surfing the web and getting my e-mails. Hit http://testmy.net and from my Mac, I couldn't get faster than 678kps; however my PC alongside it, right next to my Mac, also wireless, was pulling 2.3mb/s via the same sight (both using Mozilla, btw).

How do I troubleshoot my connection? Could it be a faulty TCP/IP Stack? I know when my Windows machines start to timeout, and act sluggish, I usually drop and rebuild my TCP/IP stack.

Ugh.

Have you tried running your periodic maintenance scripts that may or may not be running on their own?

Code:
sudo /etc/daily
Code:
sudo /etc/weekly
Code:
sudo /etc/monthly

Try these three commands in the terminal and see if your problem is resolved.
