What would you buy?

Hi,

I'm going to be buying a mac in a couple of days, I'm look for something under £100 because I'm a cheap arse and I want a mac... So I've found these three systems, and I was just wondering, If you were in my position what would you do? It doesnt matter about monitors, keyboards or mouses, because I have all of them as it is.
(They are all running Tiger)

These are all I saw that where actually worth buying, anything older or with lower specs will be out of date in less than a year.
