Which SuperDrive for my eMac

Recently bought an eMac G4 (1.25) - the entry level one.

I've put more RAM into it and Airport, but now I reckon I should put a superdrive into it.

3 Qeustions:

Is it easy?

Which drive should I buy?

Do I need to modify the system software to recognise it?
 
I usually go to a site call Accelerate Your Mac and use their drive search lasso. Tons of users around the world add their experiences to the database so you can see what their comments were about using a certain drive. So go to the drive search lasso and plug you info in and see others peoples adventures. The database is huge so if you read the comments, you can get a real good idea for your computer. Good luck.
