    There have been a few times when I wanted to copy files/folders into a directory with root-write only access (world read/exec). Is there any way to do that from the finder? I usually have to switch into the terminal, but I don't like doing that. Thanks emd

    I have a slightly different problem...I can print in X, I can print in OS9, but I can't print in Classic. When I select the printer in the chooser, I don't see anything!!! If I quit the chooser, unplug the printer, and then plug it back in, it works. I sure would like to be able to print...

    I would like to be able to talk to my parents (who are on a Windows machine) via the internet. MSN Messenger and Yahoo! do it for windows but not the Mac. I just discovered SquidCam, but there is no Windows version. Any ideas?

    I believe that if you install Apache2 from here and then set WEBSERVER=-NO- and APACHE2=-YES-, all should be well.
