Maybe you should recompile it, except whenever you do the configure setup, see if their is a flag for Eiffel? I don't know much about eiffel, so maybe you have to configure eiffel or something, but just run a ./configure --help if you decide that you want to try and recompile. Justin

There is no reason to enable root if you are just an ordinary user. Most all of the people that get their computer screwed up because of the CLI is because they were stupid enough to enable root and think that they are super powerful or something like that.... sudo works fine for nearly...

Linux is both a little bit harder and a little bit faster than X in my opinion. I've been using linux for a while and I love it more than all the other Mac OS's and especcially over Winbloze. If you need any help with YDL I can give you help and forums are always a good place to go for help...
