I've had X on this machine for some time. Problems poped up after I installed Tiger. First an upgrade then after to many problems I did an archive and install, Opps! But so far so good! Do you mean the man page?

Thanx Satcomer. I just did an archive and install to get rid of old files that might conflick with office, and I installed the newest version of Divx. I think I might have to say bye bye to Office. :(

If I could just ask Giaguara, How in the world do you know about Mdimportserver being a spotlight daemon? How could someone look these things up? I look at my System or Library when I have a problem and I have no way of knowing whats what!

I have an 80 gig hard drive with 4 partitions, 20 gigs each. The Mac volume has 6gigs available. 2nd Vol. has 13gigs available. 3rd Vol. has 1.21gigs available. 4th Vol. has 2.22gigs available. I did an archive and install. So far so good but I still get that WARNING.

By the way, I have been getting this start up message for sometime and I don't know what it means. Anyone?

Hello, I just today upgraded to 10.4.8. Nice OS but Entourage will not start. It opens Microsoft error report and they both crash. (i.e. red text in the force quit box). Does anyone know how too trouble shoot this app.? Things I tried: PRRAM OpenFirmware Permissions Disk utilities Please help.

What ever you do, DO NOT use iPowerweb.com or OnlineNIC.com. iPowerweb will not let me have access to my domain name in order to update my old home and email address that (do not exist) anymore. Which makes it impossible for me to change my registrar from OnlineNIC.com to godaddy.com...
