Just installed 10.4.8 [but Office is dead!]

Hello,

I just today upgraded to 10.4.8. Nice OS but Entourage will not start. It opens Microsoft error report and they both crash. (i.e. red text in the force quit box). Does anyone know how too trouble shoot this app.?

Things I tried:

PRRAM
OpenFirmware
Permissions
Disk utilities

Please help.

Open /Applications/Utilties/Console and look at the log just after Entourage fails to startup. The log should tell you what is happening. Also some users have had trouble with Office 2004+10.4.8 and the DivX older plugin and also there is problems when a font is missing.

I just did an archive and install to get rid of old files that might conflick with office, and I installed the newest version of Divx. I think I might have to say bye bye to Office.
