I am so sorry I'm so confused...we do all of our layouts for documents in QuarkXpress and Indesign - I would have to make a pdf of my document and then import it into the Microsoft word (which we do have) program right and fax from there right??

We do our layout in QuarkxPress or Indesign - what would be the easiest way to do that from those programs - would I still have to make a pdf? Sorry, kinda confused.

Everything is working just fine now - nothing was done - I guess server was having a brain fade - deleted things that could not be deleted before including the quark temp files and the acrobat files and even got in the quark file that the access was denied with no problem - go figure. ~...

I didn't know you could revert back - how would u do that? Could you do that on the server only and not the other desktop machines (not been having a problem with them-so far)?

seems like we are having the same problem as you with our 10.4.11 server about some files being lock and some aren't. this just started last week after a mandatory update on our server and leaving alot of temporary files behind on the server.
