Double clicking on itunes results in the following error message:
I have then tried doing as it suggests and updating iTunes. Previously this has resulted in updating the program via software update and then, when I click on the newly updated iTunes, the same error message is displayed...
I have an issue when I try and open up iTunes.
I get this alert message:
This started when I transfered my music to my external hd and erased the music from my Macbook's hd (to free up space). I have tried copying the folder back but that doesn't work. I have tried updating iTunes...
okay! i think i got it. ended up sorting through my library and i deleted a few caches and other files that clearly were not meant to be there and this seems to have stopped it. I did also manage to locate a plist from akamai which is now in its rightful place of non existence.
Great article. Tried them all. Nothing. I don't have any files from Akamai in my P List either so locating them is a real pain. I'll keep trying and update again for anyone else with similar trouble.
