My Apple TV runs very hot. Should I place it on a trivet to disperse the heat, or turn it off when I'm not using it. I want to go easy on the Hard Drive. Thanks, Ted

Ed: Thanks for the reply. But how bout placing photo's from Aperture to iPhoto. I've put most of my photo's in Aperture, but bought an Apple TV and want to import some of the Aperture photo's back to iPhoto to import to my Apple TV. But don't know an easy way to do that. ted
I would check my internet speed thru Speakeasy speed test in the evening when you are experiencing the problem. I suspect evening traffic on your connection is the problem
I had the same problem, and had to unplug my cpu, and find the reset button in the motherboard, hold it down 5 seconds, rehook up the machine, and presto, it has worked ever since. Have you tried that? Ted
