This question has probably been asked a million times, but I just got a message telling me that my startup disc is almost full. I know that I have tons of stuff on my computer that should be properly deleted - not just in the trash. Can someone tell me how I access these files and applications...
Recently my computer has been shutting down for no apparent reason. I needed a new battery so I assumed that this was the reason. Now I've replaced my battery but my computer continues to completely shut down. Anyone know what might be causing this?

I just installed Quicktime740 Tiger to my computer and after restarting, I can not find it anywhere on my computer but the download option is still on my desktop.
