    Yeah front row disappears. Shame, it's a really nice interface, would have been a good little program to use. Guess apple figure it's a good selling point for the new systems, would encourage people to upgrade.

    Nice one, that completely solved the problem... -Spotlight, Bluetooth and wireless have all reappeared in the top corner. - In system preferences, Security, keyboard and mouse, and sound are all functioning properly. Thanks!

    WiFi iMac...

    As long as the user has a slot-loading iMac, they can install the components I mentioned easily. It costs the same as the wifi to ethernet bridge and would look neater than having external device.

    will do in future, thanks for the tip! btw iEatBrainz uses an accoustic fingerprint of each mp3 and gets the tags from its database, rather than use filenames and folders. Very acurate and very clever and all that for free!

    Well just had an email back from I-tech. They say it isn't compaible with the mac. I'm pretty mad with the guy who sold it to me on ebay, he said it was compatible. I'm trying to haggle with him at the moment over a a2dp bluetooth audio dongle.
