If you want to run Movjave there may be more involved than just the video card. Check out : http://dosdude1.com/sierrapatch.html. I have trtied these patches and they are tricky. I had no luck. Others have gotten it to work. Right now I am running High Sierra in Parallels. I will try Mojave.

Can you use it with your Mac? Is this just an audio device? You need a drive that will read your DVDs.

Well you will have to buy a n Optical Drive. Apple has one. So does OWC. Then it should be easy to move the files to the Mac.

I do not think Excel 2016 includes Query.

I believe that merge and consolidate require all workbooks to be opened. That is not the case here. Lets say I have 100 spreadsheet files in a folder. I want to consolidate-merge them onto a master spreadsheet that is opened. Any ideas?

I found the help file and do not know which of the many drivers to use. Some or all are not free. All I want to do is use query to combine multiple Excel files into one. Apparently the drivers are provided or not required for the PC version of Excel.

Unfortunately the Query help is blank.
