    ok third and last question... in MacMgr there was a setting that placed the students name at the top of a prinout (this as done as a group preference) however in WRkGrpMgr I can't seem to be able to do this... we are getting a lot of printouts that can't be identified and as a result not picked...

    Question #2 .... another easily done task in MacMgr but can't find out where to do this in WKGrpMgr... when a student sends a file to trash it stays there until they manually delete it... can this be set to auto delete the trash when anything is dumped in there?
