I also am running OSX PB on a Rev. A iMac 233MHz 96MB RAM and it runs very well.

Sometimes in the PB I don't get sound at all... try plugging headphones into the headphone jack then unplug them, thats how I get my sound back.

I also wish you were able to adjust brightness and contrast in OSX PB....but what also works is opening up classic, go to it's control panels and use the classic Monitors control panel. at least thats how I did it.
