Try deleting com.apple.mail.plist from, users/yourusername/library/preferences/ That will take take of any Mail wonkiness 99% of the time. If not, try repairing permissions.

it sounds like the auto login is enabled go back into system prefs and click "Accounts", then click "login options" and uncheck "automatically login as" Thats it.

Ever since switching to Panther I have had to start over on my Junk mail training and am no too happy. When I was in 10.2 I had my Junk setting at auto because I was finished training. How can I get my Junk mail training from 10.2 into 10.3?
