Thanks, I eventually managed to do it with MoviePod, you just drag it into that and it automatically converts it for you. I still need something to resize this now .avi file though.

Does anyone know of a way to convert *.flv files to *.avi? I've tried ffmpegx and I just keep getting blank files that won't play (0kb) I'd also like to edit the dimensions of the video onces converted to 100px by 100px. Cheers for any help.

Nevermind I managed to fix it after reading a few posts on the Apple forums. It was the batteries? I'm not really sure why, they were fully charged and the indicator showed that but apparently they only like certain batteries. I switched them for an identical pair and everything now works...

I tried that, like I said there's no movement but clicks are working. Any other ideas? I tried all the obvious stuff like removing the batteries, rebooting, deleting it from the devices list and then adding it again.

I concur, shame the same thing can't be done with that graphics chip! I can't see a lot of people splashing out that extra £130 for the black model when all you seem to get is an extra 20-gigs hard-drive space, especially when it's that easy to upgrade the hard-drive yourself.

I read a review yesterday, someone had installed Bootcamp on a MBP. Apparently he had problems with the trackpad mouse, no support for the backlit keyboard and the isight didn't work either, didn't mention key mapping though. Not sure how much of what he is claiming is true or not.
