hi all i have an xserv 10.4 machine intel based, which have 4 windows 2003 share points mounted. i am having random disconnects on the drives. sometimes one of them and sometimes all. is there a solution to keep them mounted? and why dose this happens anyway? thanks .

what is the level of quality of the pdf created by the "save as pdf" in the print dialog? (10.3/10.4) compeer to the settings in adobe acrobat? is it like "standard, high quality print? or press quality?" and, is ther any way to control thus settings somewhere in the system. thanks.

ya, Maybe thy will, I'll try that. all thou it got nothing to do with adobe. i can print to file from TextEdit and still get the same result. "no accesses" on group and Others.

thats relay not the problem... i can also manually correct the permissions on the info window per itch file. i can also run a propagate permissions command via my mac server. i can do lots of thing to salve the problem. but i don't want to salve the problem. i want that there will be no problem...
