    annoying safari windows

    anyone know how to stop safari widows from jumping to the top of the screen all the time when they are moved around. they don't always do this and sometimes they stay put. there doesn't appear to be a pattern to this and quitting/relaunching safari doesnt help. has anyone else noticed this.
