I'm in the process of repairing a TiBook, 1GHz DVI. I need a new LCD, but I'm not sure if I need one from the specific DVI model, or if any 15" screen will work (from a TiBook). I think I'm going to need the DVI LCD, but the other LCDs are a lot cheaper, so I wanted to ask. Thanks!

nothing too exciting.. The main screen I just got this weekend, $134 for a 19".. it's not a horrible picture, and it adds a nice bit of real-estate as well.

here it is.. The _real_ speakers are located on a bookshelf behind this picture, along with a subwoofer - the whole speaker system combines for a 2.1 quasi-surround sound. The white monitor is for editing, it's not hooked up to any channels.. edit: thumbnails w/ downsized, viewable pictures.

I was just working on a Pages document, I selected a template, and once it was selected, I noticed that that nice, junk-preview text was in place. You know, Lorem ipsum dolor etc, etc. I've noticed that this is used in most of Apple's software to show how text would look, and other programs too...
