How to tile a graphic in a finder window?

While you can tile a graphic on the desktop, there appears to be no such possibility in a finder window. So you cannot have a small picture covering the whole window. Is there a workaround in Jaguar? (There was none up to 10.1.5) Many thanks in advance for your answer garfildo

how to change the national flag on the keyboard

The various keyboards configurations come with a national flag. It is possible (although it takes some fiddling) to set up special keymaps and have them work under OSX. However they come with a generic keyboard icon. Is there a way to set up a special icon for them just as for the national flags...

OSX gives the possibility to have a colour background in a finder window or an image. However, if the image is small there is not way to tile it. On OS9 this possibility is provided by Window Monkey which tiles small patterns naturally. Is there a way to tile small background pictures in OSX...
