Play iTunes visuals full-screen on TV?

Hi, I have an old powerbook g3 with video-output port and have successfully connected it to my TV. However, I want to use it purely for iTunes visuals, and whenever I put it on full-screen mode, the signal to the TV is cut. Turning the visuals off restores the video signal. Can anyone...

    Temporary 'freezes' 10.3.2

The USB hub is a Micra-Digital min 4-port hub (green plastic model) PUSB4GRN. That is odd. Maybe it means the USB hub isn't necessarily the only problem. The problem has occurred twice so far, but unfortunately hasn't happened again so I can't figure out what's causing it. :P I'll get...

    Temporary 'freezes' 10.3.2

Okay. The keyboard and mouse are connected by an extension lead (I doubt that would be problem? it's been there for ages). Problem now is that it isn't freezing anymore, and I haven't changed anything. Is the hub likely to be faulty, or is this just a problem with using USB hubs and OS X?

    Temporary 'freezes' 10.3.2

No immediate effect, even after rebooting. I checked the CPU & memory usage in activity monitor. Memory is normal. CPU shoots up to 94% system during the freeze (it only appears when the freeze ends - everything except the mouse is frozen). The freeze was occurring at fairly regular...

    Temporary 'freezes' 10.3.2

My dad's Blue&White Power Mac G3 has 10.3.2 installed and every minute or so, stops responding. The mouse keeps moving, but you can't click or type anything and all running programs seem to stop. This lasts a few seconds, then everything returns to normal and the cycle repeats... So far I...

Panther Bugs and Incompatibilities (Post here)

I can also confirm network browsing is totally useless. It did work when I first installed, but I don't see anything now, neither the AFP server or my PC. Quite pleased with everything else though - just the speed increases well worth the upgrade. Apple - fix the network so I can actually...

    imac fp ram clip broken

Bob - it springs outward at a 40 degree angle - does this not matter? I mean - is it not necessary to keep the module from touching the metal base plate? I know what you mean about it being a tight fit though - the connector holds it alright.

    imac fp ram clip broken

Hi, I was recently attempting to install 512mb in my new flatpanel imac... and the unthinkable happened! one of the clips broke off and the ram refused to clip in place at all. :( I can't afford to get the logic board replaced and it seems other ppl in the Apple forums are having the same...

    leaving mac on?

Hi, I'm wondering what the wear and tear is on my iMac powersupply, by turning it on and off every day. Would I be better off just leaving it switched on all year?? (I'm using OS X.1.5 without a problem). Thanks, Josh
