I am stuck at a blue screen here in os 10.2.3 when trying to start up my powerbook g4.
First it stays in the grey mode (with the apple logo) for a loooong time then it bypasses the usual login box ( I get a very short glimpse of it) and finally I am at this blue screen. The cursor is there and works, but that's it. Desktop is gone. Rebooted manually, but alas, same thing. Thinking of what could have caused this, I remembered LAst time i used the mac, all of a sudden I couldn't move a file to my HD ( pretty odd since this is something I've done a thousand times before) access was restricted. So i went to "get info" and set myself as the only one to have access to the HD. Things worked fine untill next time I tried to start the mac. I am clueless ..
