A question about Mac Stickies and Security

Let me start off by saying that I know nothing about Mac, but a friend of mine asked for my help in this so thought I'd ask the boards for help. My question is, is it possible to remote into a Mac and place a sticky on there desktop. This person who posted this sticky is quite Mac knowledgeable, and also knows my friends network passwords and most likely knows the computer passwords as well. (They used to date). If this is possible how do I go about disabling this the network passwords have been changed, but is there anything else to do.

If both are using ichat and are ichatting together they can request to get into that other Macs computer desktop.

Just tell you friend to open System Preferences->sharing pane and make sure Internet sharing is turned off. Plus if they use to date and know each other's username/password then this "friend" should changed their Account password right away. Then tell them to NEVER to share a computer password unless it is a their child and it is a Standard Account. Also tell them about the built-in line Unix firewall that has been developed over 30 years called IPFW (IP Firewall) and it is VERY robust. However a mac user doesn't need to know command line to use this great firewall and that he/she can use the free application NoobProof ( WaterRoof for very Advanced users) to use this firewall with simple checkmarks. The Mac user that uses this will be safer than any commercial firewall software for the Mac.

Plus that person can go into System Preferences->Sharing and at the top of the paneHand change the computer sharing name to something different.
