I was wondering if there is a way to transfer all media such as music, pictures, and all other files from one user to another.

Yes, you can do this... how involved it becomes and whether or not there is a magic button that says, "Move user info #1 to user info #2" depends upon your requirements.

Do you need to do this repeatedly, or just once? Will this need to be done for multiple accounts, or just one?
