I don't know what I hit, but I accidentally deleted a card in Address Book. The card had a ton of information on it, and I'd like to retrieve it somehow. After it was deleted, I went to "Edit" to "Undo", but it undid something else, and didn't restore the deleted card. Do you know how I can get the card back?

If you deleted the card, then it's most likely gone forever. There are data recovery services, like drivesavers.com, or run-at-home data recovery software, like Data Rescue II that may help, but most likely, it's gone unless you have a backup.
