Adobe Pdf Driver And Root Login

I have accidentally deleted the Adobe PDF driver from the print centre. What is the easiest way to reinstall it? I found instructions saying I should login as 'root' go to the terminal application and delete a backend file. If this is the easiest way, how do I create a root login?
