All good mail comes in as spam

This is very annoying, to say the least. The majority of my mail comes in as spam and I don't know how to solve this. I am completely updated and in the iCloud.

Did you check you Address book to see if it syncing with iCloud? Did you checkmark the iCal box in System Preferences->iCloud & System Preferences->Mail, Contacts &Calendars? Can you log into iCloud.com and see your contacts?

Put Mail's Junk Mail filter back in training mode. While in training mode, be sure to correctly mark each message as junk or not junk. When the filter reaches the stage where it correctly identifies most junk without the false positives, you may take it out of training mode.
