always boot in Safe Mode?

I wonder, if there is a possibility to tell OS X to always boot in Safe Mode.
Because often, after a power failure, the mac mini boots automatically how he should, but then he crashes while booting.

Any suggestions?

I'd suggest figuring out the problem if the machine will only start in safe mode instead of figuring out a way to always make it safe boot.

Fix the User account. First reset the Reset Your PRAM and or Reset Your Power Manager (SMU) to see if that helps.
