Any recommendation on cleaning the dvd player?

I've owned a MacBook for about two years now and noticed it is having issues playing cd/dvds.

Is there any way to clean the cd/dvd player?

Take an Compressed Air baster and put the included straw on the nozzle. Then tup you Mac Book up at an angle and blow (with the straw attached) the dust in it out. Plus try to Reset Your PRAM to see if that helps.
