Anyone familiar with USB Prober??

I'm having a problem with a USB 2.0 card and I installed USB Prober and in the log, whenever I plug something into the card it's getting errors and will not operate, but does fine with the built in or on the USB 1.1 card. So if anyone here is familiar with USB Prober here's what I get

The "TimeoutOccurred" error leads me to believe that the card is recognized, but that it somehow not supported.

What is the exact name and brand of the card?
