Anyway to make Transmit ignore SVN files/folders by default?

Uploading to my site takes forever when using Transmit on a site that uses Subversion. Is there anyway to make it by default, not upload any SVN files or folders?
 
You must have Transmit set to automatic Sync? Otherwise, Transmit is as freely drag and drop as anything else on the Mac. You could make a Droplet (go into Edit Favorites) to include only the files you choose, drop files on the dock icon. Read through Transmit Help, lots of choices.
 
No, I've never used the auto-sync functionality. I just selected all of the files/folders to upload then it transfers all of the .svn files, which takes a looong time.
