App to convert FLAC to MP3?

Does anyone know of an app for OS X that will conver flac files to mp3? I've searched several sites and couldnt' find one.
 
I use Xact, but it doesn't encode to mp3. it will encode to aiff and wav files.
unless I am missing something? I use 1.4b28 (latest version)
