The Late: SuperMacMod
CUPERTINO, CaliforniaApril 1, 2005Apple® today announced that the highly anticipated new version of Mac OS X 10.4, Tiger, would not be released as promised during the first half of 2005.
All further development on OS X will cease until calendar year 2006, while Apple redirects those resources to the forthcoming iFlicks Video Store.
Since Mac OS X 10.3 Panther already rules the world, we've decided to hold Tiger until 2006 to give time to the weenies up in Redmond to catch up said Steve Jobs, Apples CEO. In the meantime, we're going to devote our efforts to our new iFlicks Video Store, featuring your favorites from Pixar® Animation Studios. He also added "OS 9 is dead, get over it, people."
