Audio To Headphones and System Speakers?

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to make it so when I connect my headphones to the audio jack connection on my 17" Macbook Pro that it plays audio from both the headphones and my Macbook Pro's system speakers as well.

Is this possible?

Nope, It's setup like that for a reason. Not unless there's a way to change it in the Sound section in system preferences, but i'm almost positive you can't.

You might would want to take a look at the free software SoundSource to quickly change between speakers and headphones.
