Also with the Windows 10 breaks your WebCam or something according to the article Windows 10 Anniversary Update Broke Millions of WebCams you just have to put in the Windows 10 Command:

1. Open regedit from the Start menu.
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
3. Right click the Platform folder and select New > DWORD. Name it “EnableFrameServerMode”
4. Right-click the new value and select “Modify”
5. Enter “0" in the “Value data” field.
6. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows Media Foundation\Platform
7. Repeat steps 3-5.
