Bin and Que Files?

Can someone tell me how to uncompress the contents of .bin and .que files to my hard drive without having to waste a CD to do this? I have Toast Titanium and I can't figure out how to do it without burning it to a CD then copying it over.

You could use Toast to create a disk image of the .bin/.cue files, then simply mount the newly-created disk image. I think...

In toast Utilities>Mount Disk Image and select the bin file. You don't need the .que files on the Mac. At least I've never needed them.
