board control?

Has anybody heard of a board control app or utiltity that's supposed to be in the apple-menu?:confused:
 
I don't know. A friend of mine said I could change the boot options of a AHA-2930BU-card with it, because I can't boot from the card (which I want to)
 
According to the Adpatec web site, the card comes with a control panel and other software, but that would only be for OS9, the driver for the card is imbedded in OS 10.2 I guess you need to ask that friend Anybdy able to boot with this card to OS 10.2 or later?
