Bouncing Icon in Entourage

Entourage is driving me batty.
I have three accounts in Entourage:
Exchange
MSN
.Mac

Constantly, I get synch dialogues popping up on my screen,
and The dock icon starts bouncing...every five min (or so)...
This is Entourage's automatic synch timeline with Exchange.
I've looked everywhere to turn off the bouncing icon
and let synch take place in the bkgrnd, but I've found nothing.
Even tried dock detox.

Any ideas?

Thank you, ElDiablo, but I tried that first. Might there be a preference file I'd want to delete?
I've turned off dock animation in System Prefs, Entourage bouncing its own prefs, and tried Dock Detox. I still get the Exchange synch dialogues and the bouncing icon.

Office 2004 Service pack is out and guess what it does?
I'm psyched! Now I know I'm not looney.

I installed and the icon's settled down.
