burst.com claims on Apple

Our patent law needs a serious update. I am no lawyer but it seems to me a patent needs to stay with the original inventor, not one who buys the patent or tries to patent an already process.
 
Yeah, unfortunately that's how things go — the more popular you become, the more attention you draw, and a lot of that is usually negative.

I'm seeing too many of these lawsuits against Apple now, most of the time from companies I've never even heard of.

Here's hoping for an Apple win!
