Calling all Apple Power Mac G5 1.6GHz

I have a Apple Power Mac G5 1.6GHz that I would like to upgrade with some extra ram. However I was wondering if PC3200 ram is compatable or do I need to stick to PC2700 SDRAM DDR333?

The reason is if I upgrade I would want to use the PC3200 in my new machine

Any help would be great

PC3200 will be fine in your PowerMac G5. Remember that you need to install in identical pairs.
Even that PC3200 will not work in the new G5s, which use PC2-4200 memory, a completely different chip.
