can not connect

airbook
went overseas and used ethernet cord
when returned wireless will not work at home or office
wireless did work in Bust Buy store with geek squad
it does connect with ethernet cord
when I try to log on it shows locked network and I do not have password
may be just a paswork problem but did work at best buy??

If you don't have the password to the wireless access point, then you can't connect.

If this is your own wireless access point, then you should either:
1) Know the password, or
2) Be able to reset and/or remove the password.

If it's not your wireless access point, then you need to ask the powers that be that control the wireless access point what the password is.

If you're trying to connect to a wireless access point that does not belong to you, and you do not want the owners to know you're connecting, then that's what the password is for -- to keep you out.
