I've got a g4, it goes into sleep mode eventually which is great, quiet, doesn't make a sound. (it's in my room where I sleep) but the monitor button and power button glow on and off which makes it impossible to sleep. Can this be turned off so I can keep my computer running in the night?

I used to place a copy of "The portrait of Dorian Gray" in front of the light.
Here's another workaround I came up with:
1. Using photoshop, i created a picture that was 1 black pixel.
2. I saved it to it's own folder in my pictures folder.
3. I directed my screen saver to that folder
And when the screen saver loads, it just plays the black pixel on a black background, much like sleep, but no throbbing light. Sadly, this doesn't keep the fan from spinning, but i got used to it eventually.
